Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a Patient-centric Practice with over 30 years of experience dedicated to providing the best Oral care to our patients. Our services are Preventative dental care with patient education, Cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, Implant dentistry, Restoration through tooth-colored fillings, Crowns and Bridges, Invisalign, BOTOX, and many more.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a high quality and experienced Hygienist to be recognized as a source of periodontal and dental hygiene education and therapy in our practice. Quality and team work are essential. This position is open both as a Part-time or Full-time with a minimum of Wednesdays and Thursdays. The position requires working in both of our dental offices in Allston and Newtonville which are only 6 miles apart.
Additional Bonus: The successful candidate will receive a $1000.00 bonus upon completing three months of continuous employment with us.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:
1- Certified hygienist from a reputable institution.
2- Minimum of one year of experience.
3- An expert in digital X-Rays.
4- Very comfortable with Periodontal therapy in addition to Prophy.
5- An expert in dental charting.
6- Friendly with very strong people skills.
7- Strong verbal and written skills in English.
8- Familiar and comfortable with dental software.
9- Comfortable with educating patients on dental care.
Nice to have Skills:
1- Knowledge of PracticeWorks software.
2- Familiar with Panoramic 2D and /or 3D X-Rays.
3- Knowledge of ZOOM tooth-whitening.
4- Knowledge of Invisalign.
5- Familiar with Dental insurance and codes
6- Familiarity with laser Dentistry
