Job Description
Are you a dental hygienist seeking flexibility with your schedule but want a dental home? We're a privately owned practice (with only one location) where patient care comes first. Our patient base is mostly young professionals and young families.
You make your own schedule! We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Hygienist to join our team. You tell us which days and times you would like to work. We have extended hours and can accommodate almost any schedule. We would like it to be the same set days and times per week so we can make a schedule for you. We can do full time or part time.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental exams
Diagnose and treat periodontal disease
Coach patients to achieve healthy teeth and gums
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take dental x-rays
Administer local anesthetics to patients as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and patient care
Stay up-to-date on the latest dental technologies and techniques

Requirements

Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
Current licensure as a Hygienist in the state of CO
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Professional reliability and accountability
Knowledge of dental software and digital x-ray systems
Commitment to continuing education and professional development
Open to growth and training
Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred
