Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Princeton, NJ
We are a small private practice in Princeton, NJ. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and team player to join our practice. Great customer service and overall patient experience a must. Experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in Dentrix is helpful, but not required. Candidate must have proper phone etiquette and must be a multi tasker. Some assisting may be required.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Scheduling and confirming Appointments
Checking Patients In/Out
Insurance Verification
Enter/verify payments
Insurance Claim Follow-Ups
Greeting Patients
Answering Phones
Sterilization of instruments/operatories
Assist doctor if and when needed with dental procedures
Help other team members as needed
Our office is open Monday - Thursday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
