Work Location: Cartersville, Georgia Work Schedule: Full-Time Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur: 8 am- 5pm Friday: 8 am- 1 pm Compensation: $22-24/hour, dependant upon experience Annual performance bonus opportunities Benefits: Medical/Vision Short-Term/Long-Term Disability PTO & Sick-Time 401K w/Match Supplemental Benefits Responsibilities: Prepares work areas to include stocking, setting up, breaking down and cleaning/sterilizing as needed Verifies lab cases are checked in and checked out for patients on the schedule Seats patients and completes the scheduled treatment Provides oral or written pre-operative and post-operative treatment instructions Take necessary X-rays prescribed by the doctor following the Radiographic Imaging Policy (RIP) Assists Doctor at chairside with four-handed dentistry Maintains Doctor's work schedule and patient flow between operatories, taking impressions per doctor’s recommendation Maintains general dental office equipment including but not limited to the suction system, X-ray processor and all sterilization equipment Perform expanded functions as necessary Follows all company policies and procedures paying special attention to patient care and safety Qualifications: Must have expanded duty certification 2 years minimum of general dentistry experience Familiarity with all dental materials X-ray certified Competent with digital radiographic techniques Experience in Dentrix software (preferred) Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
