Responsibilities:

Assist the pediatric dentist during exams, cleanings, and procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following safety and infection control protocols.
Take digital X-rays as needed for treatment planning.
Help create a calm, fun, and welcoming environment for young patients.
Provide teeth polishing and educate children and parents on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions in an engaging way.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting in a paperless system.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Formerly-Trained or Certified Dental Assistant (MA) – Required
✅ Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to connect with children, parents, and team members.
✅ A gentle, fun, and patient-focused attitude – we want kids to love coming to the dentist!
✅ Experience with dental sealants, or behavior management techniques is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
