Job Summary
10 years minimum experience.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to Lead our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dentrix experience a must.
Duties
*Sedation Experience a must

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using dental software such as Dentrix.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up communications.
Support pediatric dentistry by providing compassionate care to young patients.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, billing, and managing inventory of dental supplies.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.

ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and knowledge:

Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health.
Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices.
Knowledge of infection control standards in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is preferred.
Familiarity with prosthodontics procedures is a plus.
Understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Previous experience working in a dental clinic is highly desirable.
