Summary
As a Dental Assistant at Rand Dental, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and enhancing patient experiences. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our dental practice and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
Manage patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic environment.
Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall clinic operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental clinic setting.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications preferred but not required.
