Position: Front Desk Manager & Insurance Coordinator
Location: Scarsdale, NY
Compensation:

$30-35 / hour
Quarterly bonus based on performance
4 weeks vacation every year
2 weeks paid vacation

Position: Fabulous Front Desk Person
Location: Scarsdale, NY
Compensation: $80,000.00-$90,000 per year + quarterly bonus + paid vacation

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly face that greets our patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Master the art of appointment scheduling and patient record management
Juggle phone calls and inquiries like a pro
Team up with our dental and orthodontic staff to keep things running smoothly
Keep our front desk area sparkling clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dentrix software (you're a Dentrix wizard!)
WaveOrtho experience preferred but not mandatory (bonus points if you have it!)
Don't mind working on saturday's
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
Proficiency in office software and patient management systems
