Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires expertise in preventative dental procedures and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Duties
Perform thorough Dental Preventative Care
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and nutritional health
Travel to Schools/Nursing Homes/Community Settings to provide onsite care
Collaborate with the office team to provide exceptional patient care
Stay updated on dental terminology, practices, and advancements in the field
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
IPDH or PHS required- we can help obtain the PHS with you if needed.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Familiarity with documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with patients of all ages.
Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
Join our team to make a difference in your community. Our team will work with you to create a schedule you desire. This is a 1099 position averaging about 60-90 per hour with our current provider.
