Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year dental front office experience, be knowledgeable in insurance code, submission and eligibility. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice, when necessary, possess excellent communication skills, and willing to learn new, innovative ways of doing things.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet young patients and their families, creating a welcoming environment
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling
Verify patient insurance and process billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and manage office correspondence
Ensure smooth patient flow and assist with check-ins and check-outs
Provide parents with treatment plans and necessary paperwork in a clear, friendly manner
Assist with general office tasks and support the dental team as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting, especially pediatric care, is a plus
Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children and parents
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with dental insurance and office software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy office environment
