Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assess patient needs and treatment options.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Document patient care accurately in Dentrix or similar dental software systems.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in various dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatrics is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix software and medical imaging technologies is advantageous.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
