Job OverviewWe’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our tight-knit team. Responsibilities

Provide professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
Conduct oral health assessments and accurately document findings
Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when indicated
Assist the dentist in identifying and monitoring dental conditions
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
Build rapport with patients to create a positive, comfortable experience
Collaborate with the dental team to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
Strong customer service skills and a genuinely friendly demeanor
Strong knowledge of general dentistry principles and practices
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dental care
Experience with patient assessment techniques and familiarity with dental clinic systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Experience with biomimetic dentistry and/or Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
