Job Summary:Taro Dental Hawai’i is a private practice located on the East side of Oahu in Hawaii Kai. We are committed to providing the best overall dental care for each and every patient, from general maintenance to cosmetic dentistry. Job Duties:
Front Desk Coordinator (listed below are only a few example responsibilities of the coordinator, BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Greeting and checking in patients- Verifying insurance every morning, eligibility and benefits- Creating bills/treatment estimates while checking out patients- Scheduling appointments and keeping on top of the schedule flow- Answering and making phone calls
Skills:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Great attitude, coachable and willing to learn- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Takes initiative, works well independently, yet is a team player
Hours: Mon/Tues - 9:45 - 6:45pm, Thurs/Fri 7:45 -5:15pm, OFF wed/weekends, (Occasional Wednesdays when needed)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
