Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative/Dental Assistant to join the team at our thriving Endodontic office. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities

Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
Treatment planning
Present treatment plan
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
Take dental X-rays (if certified)
Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages
Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or in a medical office role is required
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Willing to be cross-trained
