Performs the specific job responsibilities as identified in the role as clinical dental assistant. Performs semi-technical dental and routine clerical work (charting) for the dental practice. Work involves assisting the dentist in examinations, treatment, cleaning and taking of x-rays. Works independently and with minimum supervision performing specific job responsibilities and tasks such as sterilization, instrument preparation, according to standards, procedures, and instructions. Works directly under the supervision in clinic with the licensed Dentist.
