Dental Assistant - Entry Level - Calm Care Dental - Monroe, MI

Overview
We are seeking to hire an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, for our new and busy dental office! Good customer service skills and friendly personality are a must. The ideal candidate should also enjoy 'hands on' work. This is a part-time job, which has potential to become a full-time job in the future. Dental Experience is NOT required, we are willing to train on-the-job for the right person.
Responsibilities

Assist dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Take and develop X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
Utilize 3D scanners for creating accurate dental impressions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Open Dental software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients.

Experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage medical documentation effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing excellent patient care.
