Treatment Coordinator – Be the Heart of Patient Care

In this role, you will:

Walk patients through their treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and compassion
Be a consistent point of contact—from first diagnosis to final visit
Help patients understand their options and feel empowered in their decisions
Discuss financial arrangements and insurance with transparency and care
Keep treatment plans on track through timely and thoughtful follow-ups
Collaborate closely with a supportive, high-performing team

You’re a great fit if you:

Have prior experience as a treatment coordinator or in dental/medical case presentation
Genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping patients feel at ease
Communicate clearly, professionally, and kindly
Are confident with financial discussions and treatment planning

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
