Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Phenix Dental. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient experiences and maintaining the efficiency of our practice.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during procedures and examinations to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow within the clinic.
Utilize dental software, such as Dentrix, for managing patient information and billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with dental software systems, particularly Dentrix, is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
