What You’ll Do:

Perform gentle yet thorough cleanings and hygiene exams
Take X-rays (or work with an assistant when available)
Review/update patient medical histories
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Document treatment notes accurately in OpenDental
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Communicate clearly with patients and the team
Collaborate closely with dentists and assistants
Stay current with hygiene best practices through ongoing CE

What We’re Looking For:

Active Minnesota Dental Hygiene License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with dental terminology and infection control procedures
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow
Detail-oriented and organized
New grads are welcome — we love training and mentoring!

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available
Monday through Friday
No nights, no weekends
Expected hours: 22.5–37.5 hours/week

Pay & Perks:
