Traveling Specialty Dental Assistant/RDA (Full-Time | Monday–Friday) - S. County San Diegp

We’re hiring a flexible, experienced Dental Assistant to support our specialty providers (Endodontists and Periodontists) and general dentistry teams across multiple offices that span from Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, 4S Ranch, Torrey Pines, and Chula Vista. This is a full-time, travel-based position ideal for someone who thrives in new environments and enjoys working with different teams.
What You’ll Do

Assist with Endodontic and Periodontic procedures
Support general dentists on non-specialty days
Set up and break down operatories
Maintain clean, sterile, and efficient clinical spaces
Deliver excellent patient care and chairside support

What We’re Looking For

RDA or DA with strong specialty experience (RDA Preferred)
Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience
Current CPR certification
Comfortable floating between offices and adapting to new teams
Reliable transportation and regular travel availability
Positive, professional, and team-oriented
