Sage Dental NJ is a very busy, boutique Dental Implant office that is nationally renowned. We are state-of-the art, with an in-house lab for high end Dental Implant procedures. If you like All On X procedures, we do routinely 6-10 per week! This office is "next level" and a chance to really learn and challenge yourself, career wise!
We are looking for an enthusiastic , charismatic professional Dental Assistant / Surgical Assistant that will fit right in with our team. A valid NJ X-ray license is required.
We are looking for to fill both a full time and part time assistant positions, and have opportunities for both.

Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for treatment promptly, pleasantly, and professionally.
Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before dental procedures, and at end of day break-down.
Take diagnostic-digital imaging including CBCT and X-rays.
Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents, entering Dr's notes as requested during and after treatment.
Set up and break down rooms according to infection control protocols between patients.
Communicate patient and equipment needs with co-workers.
Work uniformly as a "team player" to increase office efficiency.
Learn and procure Scanning techniques for Digital Dentistry workflow.

Qualifications

Current CPR certification.
Valid NJ X-ray license.
CDA and/or RDA certification.
Sense of humor and fun-loving, enthusiastic spirit.
Love for animals - our in-house, Medical Alert Service Dog, Lillee, is "on staff"
