Staff Dentist – $250k+ | 4-Day Week | Rural California FQHC

We are seeking a Staff Dentist to join a mission-driven, well-established FQHC in beautiful rural Northern California. This role offers autonomy, stability, and a true work-life balance with a 4-day workweek—all while making a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

Location: Fortuna, CA
Schedule: Full-time | 4x10s (Mon–Thurs) | No call, no weekends
Compensation: $190,000–$250,000+ (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope general dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions (simple/surgical), pediatric care
  • Create individualized treatment plans—no cookie-cutter dentistry
  • Operate within a 3-operatory model, ramping up to ~24 patients/day
  • Collaborate with experienced, long-tenured RDAs and assistants

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
  • Active (or eligible) California dental license
  • Open to new grads
  • A passion for underserved care and teamwork
