Dental Receptionist / Assistant

 

Our Periodontal Office is seeking dental receptionist (70%) / assistant (30%) floater team player who is outgoing, warm and friendly with great communication skills to assist in scheduling patients, intake and check out patients, referral report generation, X-rays, dental implants, periodontal surgery. We are an alternative work week practice open Monday-Thursday 8-5 with Fridays half-day for "catch-up."   X-ray certification required
 
Duties include front desk duties, referral report generation, pt intake and check out, treatment planning, insurance submission, setting up and cleaning operatories, surgical assisting, Impressions, maintaining inventory, instruments. 
 
 Dental receptionist-assistant experience, surgical experience preferred,
 word processing and Dentrix experience preferred
 
 Holidays after 3 mos. probation period
 Sick leave pro-rated
 Paid vacation, Pension and profit sharing plan after 1 yr.
