We are seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team, in a private periodontal practice. Medical coverage and generous retirement benefits are available.

Who We Are
Periodontal practice on 32nd ST in Phoenix. Well established office needs full time front desk receptionist.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a front office position. Will need good patient relations ability and good general knowledge of dental procedures. Experience with dental insurance and explaining fees to patients. Current staff has been employed for many years.
Responsibilities

Answering phone calls, scheduling patients on the phone as well as in office. Must have good computer skills, office has electronic records for patient care. Be able to present to patients, breakdown of insurance coverage and their responsibility. Thank you.
