Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our North Scottsdale general and cosmetic private practice is looking for a motivated, driven individual, someone who takes initiative in any situation for our available Front Office/Treatment Coordinator position.

We are an established office who utilizes CEREC and CBCT technology in same-day dentistry, implants, sleep apnea and advanced hygiene services.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the dental field.

Your job responsibilities would include but are not limited to telephone and computer communications, presenting treatment options, financial solutions, scheduling and tracking treatment, submitting and following up on insurance claims. Other duties may include monthly goal setting/tracking, monitoring aspects of practice numbers, future planning, marketing and medical billing.

Experience with Practice Works is a bonus.

Hours would be Monday-Thursday 8:30 to 5:00, with available hours on Friday.
