- Familiarity with Dentrix
- Radiograph certified & CPR
- Laser certified bonus but not required
- Coachability *****
- Willingness to learn
- Eager to continue education to keep up with vast changes in dentistry
- Professionalism
- Can do sameday trx ie) place sealants
- Team player --helps where needed and seeks help when in need
Responsibilities
- Friendly personality--doesn't get sick of dr's dad jokes ;)
- Ability to co-diagnose
- Takes intra-oral photos (willing to teach)
- Reliability
- Make ethical decisions
