- Arrive early to prepare for day
- Check phone messages, emails ,lighthouse for messages to make changes to schedule.
- NP paperwork , health history upated
- Patients insurance eligibility is up to date and breakdown is in the doc. center
- Confirm patients appointment
- Send thank you cards NP
- Greet Vendors
- Maintain hygiene schedule
- NP intake form filled out
- Answer phones
- Facebook/Instagram/Light House updates-help with internal marketing
- Ask for Google reviews
at least 5 years of experience
