Our outstanding private dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For
A people oriented front office employee who genuinely loves people, is able to multitask, has a strong sense of responsibilty and work ethic, and can do it all while maintaining excellent customer service. This position requires computer skills, detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to ask questions to learn quickly and ensure correctness.
Experience in the dental field is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- collecting payment
- checking patients in and out
- presenting fees and treatment plans
- answering and calling to schedule to goal
- computer duties
- maintaining the office's schedule
- greeting those who enter the office
- verifying insurance
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, Every other Saturday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Experience in the dental field: 1 year (Preferred)
- computer experience
Work Location: In person
