Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our Scottsdale dental practice near the 101 Fwy & Shea is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We promote a cheerful, harmonious office environment and  believe in treating patients and each other with expertise, knowledge and comfort.  Our office conveys a warmth and ease in its decor allowing patients to enjoy the visit to the practice.  We are a private general practice with principal dentist, two experienced associate dentists and their DA's.  Assisted hygiene program with two + hygienists and their DA's.  Five front desk coordinators, financial manager and office manager.  Fee for service and most PPO plans.  

Who We're Looking For

A friendly, outgoing dental receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact with patients with appointment check-in, calling to schedule an appointment and answer general questions and supporting the office team.  A shining personality who is self-starting, thorough in tasks and responsibilities, collecting and verifying insurance information, health history details, maintains the office daily schedule and practice rhythm and has a can-do attitude.  If this sounds like you...get in touch ASAP!

Responsibilities

Greet and meet all patients as they arrive at the office.   Some light check-out and collections.

Excellent customer service, organizational and leadership skills

Ability to multi-task efficiently, be accurate in data input, working knowledge of dental and insurance protocols.  

Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a changing schedule with patients and office staff.  Works well with others in all situations and pride's oneself in a job well done.
