We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee our Bell Gardens office.
Seeking:
Experienced Dental Office Manager (bi-lingual/Spanish) with a teamwork approach and a positive personality. We are growing quickly and need a strong business-minded leader to run this office. This position requires dental management experience. We are located in the city of Bell Gardens, CA.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills as well as the ability to supervise others, knowledgeable with dental insurance and treatment plan presentation, quick learner, organized, and reliable.
Duties:
Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed.
Must have experience presenting treatment plans for 5+ years, have a strong urgency in sales, and be extremely goal orientated.
Excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment
