Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist/Front Desk

We are an established Burbank general dental office looking for a full-time (5 days per week) treatment coordinator to join our team.  We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can easily interact with our family of patients.

Experience Required:

• No less than 2 years previous dental office front desk experience that includes treatment coordinating
• Knowledge of dental and insurance terminology
• Computer literate with preferred experience in Dentrix software
• Dental assisting background preferred
• Knowledge and experience in a previous office with general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implants, oral surgery, periodontics, and orthodontics

Responsibilities include:

• Treatment planning and presenting the plan to the patient
• Answering patient inquiries
• Check in and check out patients and collect copays and balances
• Confirming appointments
• Answering phones, and responding to emails and texts
• Scheduling patients for treatment
• Insurance verification
