Who We're Looking For

Successful Riverside pediatric practice seeks smart and efficient front office receptionist to join our team of reliable and compassionate professionals. This is a full time 5 day a week position in an awesome practice. Knowledge of Eaglesoft and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone calls. 
• Provide answers to clients’ questions regarding activities in the clinic and direct them to relevant persons for more clarifications.
• Schedule appointments for clients. 
• Register new patients in line with acceptable standards of the clinic.
• Guide patients in filling dental forms to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
• Compile treatment plans and explain clinical procedures to patients 
• Inform patients of the various dental services offered by the clinic.
• Confirm all appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow. 
• Update patients’ records upon arrival and check-in process. 
• Check patients out and schedule their next visit. 
• Confirm appointments and recalls in line with office protocols.
• Verify active insurance coverage for each patient appointment.
