We are a well-established private dental practice in South Scottsdale
seeking a Patient Care Coordinator at our front desk. Our energetic
office focuses on preventive care and total patient health, doing a
significant amount of same-day treatment (so we do have a fast-paced
work environment). We offer paid holidays and medical benefits too- a
great perk, usually only found in corporate dental practices.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate would be familiar with Eaglesoft (or a quick study!)
and be a team player- being proactive in answering phones, keeping Dr
& hygiene schedules full, confirming appointments, presenting
treatment, monitoring lab cases, and various other duties as needed.
An enthusiastic team member is needed to promote our established
hygiene protocol, which is designed to give the best possible care to
every patient. Many of this practice's patients have been seen for over
20 years, and have grown accustomed to a higher level of care...are you

experience? 

Responsibilities

This position averages 40 hrs/week, with Tuesday-WednesdayThursday being the regular patient care days every week, with periodic
Mondays and Fridays added to accommodate our patients' schedules.
Mondays and Fridays without scheduled patients are the "catch-up"
administrative days: answering calls, contacting patients regarding care,
follow ups, etc
