Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Insurance/Treatment coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Dynamic experienced dental insurance/treatment coordinator. The candidate should be organized, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible, friendly, have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.  

Responsibilities

Verify insurance benefits for upcoming appointments.

Electronically submit and prepare insurance claims.

Process insurance payments via EFT, CC, and paper checks.

Review and present treatment plans with patients.

Make financial arrangements and effectively communicate payment expectations.

Greet patients in a warm and inviting manner.

Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.

Enter patient and insurance information into the practice management software. 

Collect and post patient payments.

In addition, the dental insurance/treatment coordinator will be responsible for successfully performing all functions of the front office including but not limited to check in, check out, scheduling appointments, answering inbound call and present treatment plans.
