Dental Front Office Position

Job title: DENTAL FRONT OFFICE POSITION

Our fabulous family dental practice is looking for another person with a SMILE in their voice to share the front desk with our office manager. We require that candidates have 3-5 years experience in the DENTAL field and preferably with Dentrix.
This is a FULL TIME position Monday-Thursdays 7:30-5:30pm. YAY! Fridays off!! Great benefits (Health Ins, 401k, Paid holidays and Sick time) offered as we are looking for that FOREVER team player to join our family.  Compensation to be discussed with Dr. Prepsky.

*Responsibilities:
-Greet new and existing patients upon their arrival for appointments with a smile!
-Schedule patient appointments both NEW and FOLLOW-UP
-Check insurance benefits
-Coordinate with the patient and potential specialists to help schedule required appointments
-Call patients to inform them of upcoming appointments
-Present financial treatment plans
*Qualifications:
-Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients. Be confident!
-Experience scheduling patient appointments in accordance with doctor's availability and providing the patient with
  instructions prior to procedures
-Definitely be a PEOPLE PERSON!!
-Presentable: good hygiene, dress and speak professionally
-Team player: flexibility to help co-workers and to contribute positivity to the team!
