Dental Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator

We are a prosthodontic office providing general dental care, advanced prosthodontic care, cosmetic dental, clear aligners, as well as TMJ and sleep obstruction evaluation and apnea appliances. We are looking for a highly organized and personable person to join our team in the front office. Although we are a busy office, it is our desire to always give every patient individual care, the best possible experience. It is also our desire that every team member has the most gratifying, fullfilling experience as well.  

• Must have exceptional people and phone skills, greet all patients on the phone and in person with a warm and friendly demeanor.  
• We are a "chartless" office. Must have strong computer skills, and proficient in Dentrix, treatment planning/documentation in Dentrix as well as entering/updating patient conditions and information.  
• Patient appointment follow ups, facilitate patient health history and personal information 
• Post treatment and check out patients, including signing consent forms and collection of payment for services. Post insurance and payments sent in the mail. Prepare bank deposits.
• Assist treatment coordinator presenting treatment and fees as needed.
• Continuing care and unscheduled treatment plan reactivation calls.
• Scheduling to meet production goals, daily monitoring of goals for dentists and hygienists.
•  Assist in coordination of payment arrangements, collecting past due accounts.
