Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We are a small private practice located in central Scottsdale. The practice was first opened in the 1960s and has remained a family practice ever since. 

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to bring positive energy. Our team loves to work hard but also have fun. Our busy practice needs someone who wants to help us continue to grow and be the best we can!

Responsibilities

• Insurance coordinator, working on collections and AR reports, responsive to patient needs, answering phones, scheduling appointments and helping to run the office efficiently. May also need to check insurance benefits and obtain breakdowns, monitoring the office emails and social media/website experience would be awesome but not required.
