Lead Dentist @ Rinse Dental

Associates at Rinse have the opportunity to perform dentistry at the highest level with access to state-of-the-art tech and top-rated materials. As a member of a collaborative team, you'll work across disciplines to create an outstanding experience and otherwise help our patients get and stay healthy.

Professional Requirements

A DDS or DMD degree
Current CPR/BLS certification
Current license to practice dentistry in the state of California
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience at a dental practice

What you'll do

Lead diagnosis and treatment planning with special emphasis on helping patients avoid needles and drills through prevention and innovative caries therapy
Work closely with our in-office and remote teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding patient experience
Partner with Rinse's founder (Casey Harlin) and Dental Director (Dr. Sam Soltani) to continue to refine the patient and clinical experience
Provide clinical supervision for in-office dental auxiliaries

Imaging: DTX Studio w/ AI detection, Kavo OP 3D CBCT, Kavo Nomads, Dexis Intraoral Digital Sensors, 3Shape Trios 4
Delivery: Forest / Dental EZ E-torque electric handpiece system; HuFriedy IMS Cassettes, IsoLite
Sanitation: Scican Hydrim, Ultrasonic, StaClave G4s and VistaPure water system

Compensation & Benefits

Pay starts at $800 per day with monthly bonus opportunities as you establish your patient base.

Bonus: Our focus is prevention which means we don't believe in traditional production based compensation. Instead, we offer generous bonus opportunities that push for practice growth, patient experience and clinical outcomes.
