Position Details:
- We currently serve patients four days a week, with the potential for phone duties on Wednesdays, offering full-time hours.
- While familiarity with Dentrix and Weave is beneficial, it's not mandatory, as we use these tools uniquely to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Smiley Front Office Team Member, your primary responsibilities include:
1. Assisting patients in accessing the care they need and desire.
2. Making every patient feel welcome and valued as an individual.
3. Guiding patients in maximizing their insurance benefits.
4. Scheduling appointments that suit patients' needs.
5. Ensuring patients don't exchange a dental issue for a financial one.
6. Cultivating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
You'll also be handling typical front office duties that contribute to the success of the team and the satisfaction of our patients.
