Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Scottsdale, AZ
As the Receptionist/Concierge, you will be the face of the practice and the first contact our patients and colleagues see and/or hear. A confident and vibrant personality is necessary for this pro-active role.
Receptionist/Concierge responsibilities include: greeting patients, primary person answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance verification, document scanning and marketing. Office hours are M-Th, 7-3 with one day of the week as an admin/marketing day.
THIS IS NOT A MANAGEMENT POSITION but is the perfect oportunity for the special someone that wants to advance within the dental field. There are opportunities to expand this role with more back-office responsibilities if desired.
