About the Role:

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team, assisting our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Chairside assisting during dental procedures.
• Educating and motivating patients about oral health.
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
• Taking dental x-rays (RDAEF preferred).
• Preparing dental materials and medications.
• Ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
• RDAEF certification strongly preferred.
• Current Radiographic Certification required.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Registered Dental Assistant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control protocols.
