Job Description

We are a rapidly growing, family-oriented, fast-paced, modern dental practice in need of a hygienist for 3 days/week, immediately, to fill a permanent long term position. Monday-Wednesday is the preferred work schedule, but, could be altered depending on your availability. We are successful enough to have outgrown our current location and are in the process of relocating our office. The property to which we are moving is currently being built out and will be able to better accommodate our increased patient volume. We will consider applicants who can work 2 days/week currently but must be able to increase to 3 days/week as soon as possible or when we move offices in expected January or February.

Who We Are

We are a fun, upbeat, hard working staff that consists of an office manager, a registered dental assistant, a hygienist and one dentist. You would make up the fifth and final member of the staff. We all work well together and there is no room for staff drama in our practice. Everyone helps each other out to stay on schedule and to keep the flow of the office moving without interruption. We believe in treating our patients like family and friends and pride ourselves on ethical treatment. The idea of, "selling" dentistry does not exist in our practice and you will never be asked to do so. The same families have been in our practice for decades and know and trust our integrity and standards for care. We are a fee for service practice and will accept PPO insurance. HMO plans are not accepted in our office.

Who We're Looking For

Applicants must be honest, team-oriented, hard-working, focused, reliable, trustworthy, possess a gentle touch with thorough clincical skills, accurate at taking radiographs and able to stay on time with an hourly schedule. Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis systems is preferred but not required.
