Looking for a part time receptionist.
We see patients 3 days a week. We alternate Mondays and Weds. 8am-5pm. Tuesdays 9am-6pm. Thurs 8am-5pm. 1 Friday a month (usually first Friday of the month).
3 days a week during scheduled patient days. More days depending on experience. No weekends.
Pay based on experience and recommendations.
Experience with customer service and sales needed. 2 year dentistry experience recommended.
Dentrix experience recommended.
Job roles include but not exclusive:
- Greeting and welcoming in patients
- checking in and out patients
- booking appointments
- collecting co-pays
- prepping charts
- answering patients questions
- relaying patient information to team and dentist
- answering patient billing questions
- computer skills
- customer service
- understanding and providing patient treatment plans
- answering patient questions about treatment plans
Pay based on experience and fit.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri
at least 1 year of experience
