We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Assist with patient check in and check outs
Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments, do patient recalls, and call patients for appointment reminders
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
