Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Front office coordinator/dental assistant

We are a fast growing, friendly , drama free private practice looking for front office/patient coordinator preferably with assisting background. We provide a working environment like no other dental office. We offer all this and a compensation package that includes Holiday pay, vacation time and a competitive bonus structure. Office hours are Monday -Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Fridays 9:00-1:00.

Pay is determined by experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily/confirming for upcoming appointments
• Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
• Verify Dental insurance and input into our Dentrix software
• Assist with social media posting
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
• Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities
• Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
• Assist with other office duties as requested or needed

Assist doctor clinically as needed. prior dental assisting experience preferred

Qualifications

• Prior dental front office experience is required
• Versed in Dentrix
• Highly effective verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects of job
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
