Qualifications
- X-Ray certification in Arizona
- Anesthesia certified
- Laser certified
- No Experience required but preferred

Immediate need:
Monday: Off
Tuesday: 11-7
Wednesday: 9-5
Thursday: 11-7
Friday: 9-2
2 Saturdays per month 9-1
