Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during treatment Fit bands, tie arch wires, take impressions, and assist with bonding/brackets Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and review patient charts Educate and encourage patients throughout their treatment Maintain a positive, professional experience for every patient Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Orthodontic experience and clinical proficiency with a variety of orthodontic appliances is preferred, but not required. A candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in fitting bands and brackets, tying in arch wires and taking consistent, accurate impressions. Good computer skills are also required. The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team.
