Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. This role involves performing a variety of clinical tasks, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with the dental team to deliver exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories.
Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth.
Based on the Periodontal Status, SRP’s to be performed quadrant wise.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of treatment plans in collaboration with dentists.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.
Manage a Productive Hygiene schedule.
Manage patient flow within the dental office to ensure efficient operations.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

ExperienceCandidates should possess a valid dental hygiene license and have experience working in a dental clinic or office setting. Open Dental Software knowledge will be a plus. Fresh graduates from Hygiene Program can also apply.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential for success in this role.
