To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:
At least 2+ year of dental experience
Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
Personable and professional communication skills
Stellar time management and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office

Plan dental treatment and discuss a financial plan with patients
Schedule and confirm appointments; dental receptionist duties
Update patient personal insurance information
Enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts
Prepare daily deposits
Run A/R reports and insurance
