Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent management work experience
Minimum of 3 years related experience managing a dental practice is required

Skills & Abilities:

Displays personal leadership and core values in every interaction with the team through leading by example, setting clear goals, and monitoring that team meets the office goals
Provides feedback, guidance, and support to team members in the completion of their required tasks and projects
Accountable for team member training and corrective action, including documenting performance matters
Computer literate, with advanced MS software knowledge, including Excel, Word, ·PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Required knowledge of CareCredit, dental insurance plans, and dental terminology.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
